Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims must be made WITHIN 72 HOURS of the package arrival. If you have received an item that is damaged or defective, email us immediately at Hellop@SugarSkullCompany.com. Include your order number, photos of the package and product, and your contact information.

If you receive an order with missing items or if there is an error in your order, please contact us by email at Hello@SugarSkullCompany.com WITHIN 72 HOURS of receiving your order to address the issue promptly.
